How to Participate

Students can find out more about Tech Prep and their eligibility through their high school guidance counselor. Some programs are available at the student's home school, while others are available at ROP and/or Career Centers. High school guidance counselors can advise students about their options.

Ask your teacher if you are enrolled in an articulated course. If you successfully meet the course outcomes, you will be eligible to receive college credit or waiver upon enrolling at Monterey Peninsula College and completing six units of coursework. It is the student’s responsibility to tell the admissions officer that he/she has successfully completed an articulated course. Students must follow college procedures to be awarded credit or waiver for a course.

Articulated courses are available at the junior and senior level.
